Prerequisites: Knowledge of job scheduling under CONTROL-M/Server z/OS.
Target group: Data center employees who are to work with CONTROL-M/Server z/OS and the Workload Automation Client.
Seminar Content: This seminar gives the participants an overview of the operation of the CONTROL-M Workload Automation Client in conjunction with Control-M z/OS. Through extensive exercises, the participant will be able to operate the GUI, schedule jobs and follow the job flow.

  • Structure and Design of the Control-M Workload Automation Gui
  • Presentation of the Domain Selectors
  • Monitoring domain for job control
  • Planning Domain for the definition and planning of jobs and job chains
  • Workspace - Concept
  • History (access to Archived ViewPoints)
  • Forecast
  • Tools (All menu items, utilities and diagnostic tools for direct selection)

In-house course:

The course can be booked as an in-house course with a minimum of 1 participant on site at € 2,545 plus travel expenses for the instructor against proof.

Course duration 2 days. Start 1.day approx. 10.00 o'clock - end last day approx. 16.00 o'clock.

Dates by arrangement.

For 2 participants flat rate 4.090,- €, each further participant additional 950,- € up to and including 5 participants. From the 6th participant up to and including 10 participants flat rate 7.200,- €, from the 11th participant each additional participant costs 750,- €. Travel expenses for the lecturer will be invoiced against proof.
