Control-M for Distributed Systems - Extended functions for users

In this advanced seminar, you will delve deeper into the world of Control-M and learn the advanced functions of Control-M/Server and Control-M Workload Automation GUI. Building on the basics of the previous course (CTMWLA100) or comparable knowledge, this seminar is aimed at experienced data center staff who use Control-M in production environments.

Practical exercises will enable you to efficiently apply the functions you have learned in your production environment.

    Use of LIBMEMSYM, POOL, GLOBAL variables and SMART Folders to optimize workflows.
  • File monitoring & workload management:
    Automation with Filewatcher and management of workload policies and host environments.
  • Databases & Cloud:
    Integration of Control-M with databases and AWS/cloud environments.
  • Application Integration & API:
    Integration of third-party applications and use of the Control-M Automation API.
  • Reporting & Batch:
    Creation of reports and management of     Batch with MAY BE Conditions.
  • Scripting & external applications:
    Definition of UNIX/Windows scripts and integration of external applications.

Procedure

Our courses and workshops can be booked flexibly as remoteor on-site training directly at your company. The prices listed below refer to both of these variants; onsite is charged plus travel costs. On-site training courses offer the advantage that we can focus specifically on your IT infrastructure and develop practical solutions together with your employees.

In-house training in our or external premises in Munich is only available on request. Please note that different conditions apply - we will be happy to inform you of these if you are interested.

A special service: We conduct our training courses for as few as one participant.

Number of participants 1:

The coursecan be booked as an individual training course from € 3,295.
An additional travel fee of € 1,250 applies for training courses at your premises (onsite). Any external room costs incurred will be charged separately.

Number of participants 2-5:

For groups of 2 to 5 participants, the all-inclusive price is€5,995.
An additional travel fee of €1,250 is charged for training courses held on your premises (onsite). Any external room costs incurred will be charged separately.

Number of participants 6-10:

Prices for larger groups of 6 or more participants are availableon request at .
A flat-rate travel fee of €1,250 is also charged for on-site training. Any external room costs incurred will be shown separately.
