| Target group: Data center employees who are to use and administer Self Service with Control-M in productive environments. |

Seminar content: The seminar will discuss the installation of the INCONTROL products, with a focus on IOA, CONTROL-M and D depending on the needs of the course participants. The changes to the previous release will be discussed. The different approaches to clone and maintain several productive systems from one basic installation will be shown. The advantages and disadvantages of the individual procedures are conveyed. This seminar will use examples to provide an introduction to the basic functions and operation of Self Service. Functions and concepts will be discussed that make it possible to operate the Self Service as an internal service portal of the data center and thus offer the work preparation department relief from ad-hoc orders. Participants will learn how processes must be set up in order to be able to offer them in the self-service portal. Security and authorization issues that such a portal raises will also be discussed.
