INCONTROL for z/OS - BMC IOA9.xx Installation and Administration
In this seminar, participants will learn how to install and administer INCONTROL products, in particular IOA, CONTROL-M and CONTROL-D. The focus of the seminar is to explain the differences to the previous release and to demonstrate the various approaches to installing and maintaining several productive systems. In addition, Self Service will be introduced as an internal service portal in the data center in order to relieve the work preparation department of ad hoc orders.
Using practical examples, participants will learn how processes are set up in the Self Service Portal and how security and authorization issues are handled effectively.
