Control-M for Distributed Systems - Control-M Module for SAP/R3

This seminar provides an in-depth insight into the use of the Control-M Workload Automation Client in conjunction with Control-M for SAP to efficiently control SAP R/3 job processing. It is aimed at data center employees who use Control-M and SAP R/3 in their daily work. Through practical exercises, participants will deepen their knowledge and be able to make optimum use of the integration of both systems and successfully manage SAP job processing.

  • Overview:
    Introduction to the functions of Control-M for SAP and their use in SAP R/3 job processing.
  • Job definition and AUTO-EDIT:
    Creation of SAP jobs in the Control-M client and use of AUTO-EDIT variables.
  • SAP Business Warehouse:
    Integration and management of BW jobs.
  • Intercepted and spawned jobs:
    Monitoring and control of special SAP job types.
  • SAP Data Archiving:
    Automation of the SAP data archiving process.
  • Control-M Utilities:
    Use of important utilities for SAP job processing.

    Procedure

    Our courses and workshops can be booked flexibly as remoteor on-site training directly at your company. The prices listed below refer to both of these variants; onsite is charged plus travel costs. On-site training courses offer the advantage that we can focus specifically on your IT infrastructure and develop practical solutions together with your employees.

    In-house training in our or external premises in Munich is only available on request. Please note that different conditions apply - we will be happy to inform you of these if you are interested.

    A special service: We conduct our training courses for as few as one participant.

    Number of participants 1:

    The coursecan be booked as an individual training course from € 2,495.
    An additional travel fee of € 1,000 is charged for training courses at your premises (onsite). Any external room costs incurred will be charged separately.

    Number of participants 2-5:

    For groups of 2 to 5 participants, the all-inclusive price is€4,990.
    An additional travel fee of €1,000 is charged for training courses held on your premises (onsite). Any external room costs incurred will be charged separately.

    Number of participants 6-10:

    Prices for larger groups of 6 or more participants are availableon request at .
    A flat-rate travel fee of €1,000 is also charged for on-site training. Any external room costs incurred will be shown separately.
