Our courses are offered flexibly as online, in-house, or classroom training. Classroom courses take place either at our HORIZONT office in Munich (for up to 4 participants) or on-site at your premises. For larger groups, we are happy to use external venues such as hotels. A special benefit: We conduct our training sessions for as few as one participant!

FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions About Our Services
What prior knowledge is required?
Please refer to the detailed descriptions of the individual training courses for the required prerequisites.
What are the course times?
As a rule, we start at 1:00 PM on the first day and finish at 12:00 PM on the last day.
How do I register?
Since our training sessions are tailored to the customer, registration usually takes place after prior consultation via email. Alternatively, you can register via our online form (click here).
What course materials are provided?
All required training materials are provided in German by HORIZONT and are included in the respective course fee.
What venues are available?
A custom venue is possible. Depending on your preference and circumstances, the training can take place at your premises, at our office in Munich, or at a conference hotel or similar location.
What happens if the training cannot take place?
Written cancellations can be made free of charge up to 4 weeks before the course start date. For cancellations made 4 to 2 weeks before the start, 50% of the course fee will be charged; for later cancellations or no-shows, the full course fee will be invoiced.
