Control-M/R for z/OS – Fundamentals
This seminar provides a comprehensive overview of the components of CONTROL-M/R and is designed for professionals working in automation. Participants learn how jobs and started tasks are controlled and monitored in a production environment. Topics include the definition of job flows, dependencies between jobs and applications, and the automatic handling of job failures and restarts. The use of special variables for job control is also covered.
Practical exercises help participants deepen their knowledge and learn how to use CONTROL-M and CONTROL-M/Restart (CONTROL-R) effectively.

Automatic job restarts and rerun functions. - Reports & Utilities:
Use of key reports and tools, including History AJF. - Auto-Edit & Day Change:
