Linux – Shell Script Programming Fundamentals
This course provides an introduction to the fundamentals of shell script programming. It is specifically designed for staff who interact with Linux shell scripts during job execution in a WLA environment on a daily basis.
Participants gain a solid overview of how shell scripts work and learn to understand and write shell scripts. Exercises allow them to deepen what they’ve learned.

Fundamentals, shell variables, flow control, integer arithmetic, and variable types and attributes. - Input and output techniques:
Process control & shell metacharacters. - SED:
Functionality, invocation, syntax, regular expressions. - awk:
Functionality, input file format, awk program structure, variables and expressions, formatted output, branching and loop constructs, redirection & one-dimensional arrays. - External environment variables

Pricing
Participant 1:
This course is available as individual training from 3.595 €.
For on-site training at your premises, an additional flat travel fee of €1,500 applies. Any external venue costs will be charged separately.
Participants 2-5:
For groups of 2 to 5 participants, the flat-rate price is 6.495 €.
For on-site training at your premises, an additional flat travel fee of €1,500 applies. Any external venue costs will be charged separately.
Participants 6-10:
Pricing for larger groups of 6 or more participants is available on request.
