Dear customers,

Due to the relocation, our IT systems will be from Friday, January 10, up to and including Monday, January 13, will be available to a limited extent.

Availability of our support: 

What that means for you:

Our ticket system (Jira) will not be available during this time. If necessary, we will share information on current tickets with you via e-mail or telephone. If you would like to open new tickets or change the status of an existing ticket, please contact us by phone or email.

Our Customer Portal will not be available during this period. Please download the required software packages in advance. In emergencies, however, we can also provide you with appropriate packages via alternative channels.

Our internal systems are operated in business continuity mode, i.e. the development systems are generally available with the exception of the mainframe.

We have summarized the most important information for you below.

Important notes:

  • Plan your updates in advance:
    Please ensure that all necessary installation files are downloaded before the start of the downtime. We recommend that you do not plan any software updates during the affected period, as our support may not be able to work at the usual speed.
  • Save important ticket information:
    Save relevant information from your support tickets locally if you need to access them during downtime.
  • Emergency support:
    We have stored important installation files locally for urgent cases. You can request these by e-mail or telephone if required.
  • Automatic ticket creation:
    Support requests that arrive by email are recorded and processed in our system after the downtime.

Our aim is to keep the outage as short as possible and to support you again as quickly as possible. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
