ACTIS goes HORIZONT

We are pleased to announce that after 20 successful years with a strong presence in the market, we have found a new roof for the future and the upcoming generation change.

Yesterday, the acquisition of ATICS GmbH by HORIZONT Software GmbH was completed, effective April 1, 2021.

ATICS customer projects will be successively transferred to HORIZONT as early as January 1, 2021, and all ATICS employees – including the former ATICS managing directors – will continue to be available under HORIZONT. Thus, the ATICS business will be continued by HORIZONT on a sustainable basis.
